Our new pricing options are now in effect. This update explains what happens next, when you'll hear from us about your membership switch, and what to do if you haven't yet completed your Membership Switch Form.

New pricing options. Your questions answered.  In this post you'll find answered to frequently asked questions about how the switch to new pricing options works (and why it's even necessary).

We're introducing new membership and pass options from 1 July 2026, alongside a CPI-based price increase. The new options provide greater choice and flexibility, making it easier to select the arrangement that best suits your needs.  The existing memberships will be retired, as they are replaced by the new Quarterly Pass and Standard and Flex Memberships.

As of March 2026, all members need to choose a 'home base' class, and to enrol in that class.  In this post, find out why you need to enrol, and how to enrol.
