At Dragonfly Dance, we believe that everyone should be treated equally and with respect. We have outlined our expectations in the policies below.

Failed payments and auto-renewal

This policy covers failed payments and auto-renewals / recurring payments

Emergency evacuation

This policy outlines Dragonfly Dance’s commitment to the safety of all staff, students, contractors, and visitors by ensuring that a clear, effective, and practiced evacuation procedure is in place for emergencies such as fire, gas leaks, threats, or natural disasters.

Privacy Policy

The purpose of this document is to provide a framework for Dragonfly Dance in dealing with privacy considerations.

Hot Weather Policy

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to teachers, other contractors and clients during periods of extreme heat to minimise the risk of heat stress, heat stroke or other heat-related health problems that may arise in association with dance activities.

Refund and Returns Policy

To provide clear guidelines for handling refund and return requests at Dragonfly Dance. This policy ensures fair, consistent, and transparent treatment of all refund requests while balancing our need to plan effectively based on confirmed enrolments and product purchases.

Payment Difficulties and Financial Hardship Policy

The purpose of this document is to provide outline the circumstances and process to follow if a client is experiencing payment difficulties and/or financial hardship.

Cancellation Policy

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to teachers, other contractors and clients in the event that a scheduled dance activity is cancelled, by either the client or Dragonfly Dance.

Private Lesson Policy

This policy outlines the framework for offering private lessons at Dragonfly Dance. It ensures private lessons are conducted in a way that supports dancer development, enables teacher autonomy, protects studio operations, and ensures payments and bookings are managed professionally and consistently.
