Background
You can make a payment directly into your Mindbody account. This can be useful in two ways: to clear a negative balance if you owe us (for example, after a failed auto payment), or to pay in advance so you have credit available for future purchases.
Account credit can be used for things like membership payments, drop-in classes, or other products and services.
If you’re making a one-time purchase, such as a drop-in class, you can simply select your account credit as the payment method when checking out on the Mindbody website.
If you’d like your membership auto payments to come from your account credit instead of your card or bank account, please email us so we can adjust your payment schedule to draw from your account balance.
