Understanding Your Mindbody Login and Dragonfly Dance Profile
When you create a login with Mindbody, you're setting up a universal Mindbody account—a secure login that works across all Mindbody businesses worldwide. This account is managed through account.mindbodyonline.com and allows you to use a single email and password for booking classes at any participating studio.
At the same time, you also have a local client profile with Dragonfly Dance. This profile is unique to our studio and stores your class history, membership details, and preferences with us specifically.
So in summary:
Your Mindbody account is your global login and identity across all Mindbody studios.
Your Dragonfly Dance profile is your personalised client record within our studio.
These two are linked behind the scenes—so once you're logged in with your Mindbody account, you can access your Dragonfly Dance bookings, memberships, and more.
Steps
Click/tap the purple Login to Mindbody button (top right on any page)
In the Create Account box (right), click/tap the Create Account button
Enter your email address
Click/tap the purple Continue button
Fill in your details (first name, last name, password, country)
Click/tap the Send me emails with the latest news and promos checkbox (this means you will receive key information from us, as our mailing list is how we keep our clients updated - it is not about receiving promotional materials from Mindbody)
Click/tap the Privacy Policy link and read
Click/tap the Terms of Use link and read
Once read, if you agree, click/tap the I agree to the Mindbody Privacy Policy and Terms of Use checkbox
click/tap the purple Continue button
